- It's 100 gm of tamarind pulp soaked in water.
- Prepare 5-6 tsp of sugar.
- It's 1/4 tsp of salt.
- It's 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Prepare Pinch of black pepper Powder.
- It's Pinch of food colour.

- In a pan add tamarind pulp with water..
- Then add sugar and salt,and mix well..
- Now add all remaining spices and mix it..
