- Chop palak..dip in hot water for 10 mins..drain the palak and grind it into paste..now take flour,add rava,salt,oil,garam masala,mango powder,gingergarlic paste and palak paste..keep aside for 20 mins.
- Add jeera and make a dough..roll into puris.
- Deep fry the puris in oil...
- Make tomato puree by adding tomato green chilli and ginger garlic paste grind it into paste..now take oil add jeera.
