- Add all the ingridents except water and oil in a bowl and mix them together with your hands so that they are evenly distributed..
- With help of water knead a dough which should be a bit tight..
- Cover and keep aside for 20 to 30 minutes..
- Divide the dough into equal portions..
- Smear some oil drops on the balls and roll out small pooris. With knife give cuts on the rolled poori. You can also use a fork..
