  1. Add all the ingridents except water and oil in a bowl and mix them together with your hands so that they are evenly distributed..
  2. With help of water knead a dough which should be a bit tight..
  3. Cover and keep aside for 20 to 30 minutes..
  4. Divide the dough into equal portions..
  5. Smear some oil drops on the balls and roll out small pooris. With knife give cuts on the rolled poori. You can also use a fork..
  6. Meanwhile heat enough oil in a pan add poori one by one and deep fry till golden in colour..
  7. Fry all poori till they look crisp and golden..
  8. Remove puri with slotted spoon and place them on kitchen paper towels to absorb extra oil..
