Ingredients of Masala aloo puris

  1. It's 2 of Boiled potato.
  2. It's 200 grams of Wheat flour.
  3. You need of Salt as per taste.
  4. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric powder.
  5. It's of Red chilli powder as preferred.
  6. You need 1 teaspoon of Garam masala.
  7. You need of Chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp.
  8. You need of Ghee or oil to deep fry.

Masala aloo puris step by step

  1. Peel the potatoes.
  2. In the wheat flour Add the potato and mix well.
  3. Add all dey masalas and coriander leaves too. Mix.
  4. Add water and make a stiff dough.
  5. Keep for 15 mins.
  6. Take a small portion of the dough and roll out puris in desired shapes.
  7. Heat oil in a kadhai.
  8. Deep fry the puris till crisp.
  9. Serve with any raita or chutney.
