Ingredients of Besani Masala Puri

  1. You need 2 bowl of besan.
  2. Prepare Tsp of Salt as per taste.
  3. Prepare 1 tsp of jeera.
  4. It's 1 tsp of ajwaine.
  5. You need 1 tsp of lal mirch powder.
  6. You need 1/4 tsp of haldi powder.
  7. Prepare 2 tsp of moyan.
  8. You need 1/4 tsp of hing / asafoetida.
  9. It's As needed of Kadai oil for frying.
  10. You need As needed of Water.

Besani Masala Puri step by step

  1. Take besan in big vessel,add salt,Asafoetida,lal mirch powder, haldi powder, jeera,ajwaine and moyan..
  2. Now add water gradually to make dough. As it's besan so water is required very less as per normal wheat aata so be careful to pour water. Once dough is ready keep it aside for 10/15 minutes..
  3. Now as besan is not easy to roll so usually I roll it with help of zip lock pouch. As seen in image, place besan penda inside zip pouch and gently roll in puri size..
  4. Now once rolled softly place hand inside the pouch and remove the rolled puri. Pour in Kadai of hot oil which is ready. And fry puris from both sides till little golden..
  5. Now prepare all puris same way and enjoy it with achar ya hot ginger pudina tea in this chilling cold..
