- You need 1 of big bowl chopped jackfruit.
- You need 3 cup of dosa rice.

- Mix coconut,Jaggery powder and Cardamom powder, keep aside..
- Rice batter spread on pre-wilted and cleaned banana leaves, and add jackfruit pieces. Add the coconut mixture into half side. Wrap up the banana leaves (see the picture).
- Steam cooked in a steamer (idli cooker) for 30 minutes.
- Serve pickle and ghee or coconut oil and chutney.
