- You need 1 bowl of rice (soaked).
- You need 1 bowl of urad dal (soaked).
- It's 3 of Potato (boiled).
- Prepare 2 of green chilli (chopped).

- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- It's 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- It's 1 tsp of cumin seeds.

- For dosa- Grind the soaked rice and dal with using water and make fine paste after that rest whole night for fermentation,.
- Next day add water in fermentation batter and make semi thick consistency,(add baking soda if required).
- For filling masala- Take pan add oil after hot add mustard seeds, chilli and cumin seeds after cracker sounds come add potato (mashed) and all spices,mix well.
- For make dosa - take non-stick pan Grease with water and add batter on pan spread evenly than add masala on the dosa and wait for cooked and golden brown crispy colour.
- Take out on plate serve with sambhar or chutney.
- For chutney - take bunch of coriander leaves,4 garlic cloves,2 chilli, 3 tbsp coconut (fresh or dry), half lemon,Salt as taste.
