  2. 30 minutes ke liye dhak kar rakh dein..
  3. Lemon size Ka atta lekar uski patli roti banayein..
  4. Garam Tawa per dono Taraf se oil laga kar medium flame per sek Lein..
  5. Aam Ka chhunda (see my recipe) aur Desi Ghee laga kar Chai ke sath serve karein..
