  2. You need of urad dal (soaked).

  1. For dosa- Grind the soaked rice and dal with using water and make fine paste after that rest whole night for fermentation,.
  2. Next day add water in fermentation batter and make semi thick consistency,(add baking soda if required).
  3. For filling masala- Take pan add oil after hot add mustard seeds, chilli and cumin seeds after cracker sounds come add potato (mashed) and all spices,mix well.
  4. For make dosa - take non-stick pan Grease with water and add batter on pan spread evenly than add masala on the dosa and wait for cooked and golden brown crispy colour.
  5. Take out on plate serve with sambhar or chutney.
  6. For chutney - take bunch of coriander leaves,4 garlic cloves,2 chilli, 3 tbsp coconut (fresh or dry), half lemon,Salt as taste.
  7. Grind it all ingredients with water and make fine paste,chutney is ready.
