Wheat Garlic Naan instructions
- On a big plate take wheat add, curd, baking powder, baking soda, salt and powdered sugar and mix well..
- Now add water and make a dough as you make for normal chapati..
- Take atleast 1 tbsp of oil and knead well in oil for 5 mins..
- Leave it covered for 15 min max not more than that..
- Now take a ball sized dough and roll it in oval shape..
- On it put garlic chopped, kalonji seeds, and coriander and just roll once more so all the ingredients stick..
- Now flip it apply enough water and put the water side naan on the pan..
- As you see bubbles rising flip the tawa on the flame and keep moving so all the sides get cooked(don't worry your naan won't fall as it gets stuck because of the water on the pan)..
- After you see that the garlic side has got cooked properly keep it on the flame and remove carefully..
- Now apply enough butter on the garlic side naan and serve hot with any of your favourite gravy.
