  12. Prepare 1 small piece of of Ginger.

  15. Prepare 2 tbsp of egg curry masala.
  16. Prepare 1 tbsp of garam masala.

  1. Firstly ON the flame and roast sesame seeds properly on low flame, We need to roast it until colour get change to brownish..
  2. Then we need to roast poppy seeds on OFF flame. We need to roast it on OFF flame becasue poppy seeds will roast very quickly..
  3. Then we need to take kadai and add 1-2 tbsp oil in kadai. then add grater dry coconut & roast it properly on low flame. We need to roast it until it's colour get change to brownish. After roast take it out in dish..
  4. Then we need to add 2-3 tbsp oil, chopped onion, chopped tomato and roast it properly on low flame..
  5. Then we need to add all roasted ingradients in mixture and wait for 5 min to get it cool, Then add magajbeej, cashew-nuts, garlic & ginger, Add some coriander, water and then grind it properly with grinder..
  6. Add some water on low flame.Use only hot water,Take large wok then add 5-6 tbsp oil,wait till oil get hot.OFF the flame then add the 3 tbsp red chutney,add chopped coriander..
  7. Then ON the flame and add grinded mixer then mix it well on low flame. then we need to add required hot water slowly and 2 tbsp egg-curry masala. then we need to add 1 tbsp garam masala and taste to salt & keep 8-10 min on low flame..
