Ingredients of Steamed Dahi

  1. Prepare 400 ml of Yogurt.
  2. You need 100 ml of Condensed milk.
  3. You need 200 ml of Amul fresh cream.
  4. You need 1/2 cup of Jaggery powder.
  5. Prepare 1 tsp of Green cardamom powder.
  6. Prepare 1/4 cup of Nuts.
  7. Prepare 1/2 cup of Jaggery.
  8. It's 4 tbsp of Water.

Steamed Dahi step by step

  1. Spread a muslin cloth on a colander and now pour curd in that and keep for 40 min to drain all the extra water. This will prevent the final product less watery.
  2. In a sauce pan add Jaggery and water. Cook this up to 1 thread consistency and keep aside.
  3. While serving in a bowl serve curd, then drizzle some Jaggery mixture and some nuts..
  4. In a big bowl add yogurt, cream, condensed milk and Jaggery powder. Mix it properly and let the Jaggery mix in. Finally add green cardamom powder to it and mix.
  5. Pour this mixture in a bake profe service bowl and tap on the platform.
  6. Then preheat the oven for 10 mins.
  7. Now in a big baking tray add hot water and place the bowl on it. Cover the bowl with a silver foil..
  8. Bake this for about 40 to 45 mins or up to skewer comes out clean.
  9. Let it cool down. Keep it in fridge for 3 to 4 hours.
  10. Add some chopped nuts & serve.
