Ingredients of Steamed Dahi
- Prepare 400 ml of Yogurt.
- You need 100 ml of Condensed milk.
- You need 200 ml of Amul fresh cream.
- You need 1/2 cup of Jaggery powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Green cardamom powder.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of Nuts.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Jaggery.
- It's 4 tbsp of Water.
Steamed Dahi step by step
- Spread a muslin cloth on a colander and now pour curd in that and keep for 40 min to drain all the extra water. This will prevent the final product less watery.
- In a sauce pan add Jaggery and water. Cook this up to 1 thread consistency and keep aside.
- While serving in a bowl serve curd, then drizzle some Jaggery mixture and some nuts..
- In a big bowl add yogurt, cream, condensed milk and Jaggery powder. Mix it properly and let the Jaggery mix in. Finally add green cardamom powder to it and mix.
- Pour this mixture in a bake profe service bowl and tap on the platform.
- Then preheat the oven for 10 mins.
- Now in a big baking tray add hot water and place the bowl on it. Cover the bowl with a silver foil..
- Bake this for about 40 to 45 mins or up to skewer comes out clean.
- Let it cool down. Keep it in fridge for 3 to 4 hours.
