  6. Prepare 1/2tea spoon of garam masala.
  7. It's 2 tea spoon of oil.

  1. Boil 4 eggs and 2 potatoes together..
  2. Fry the eggs and sliced boil potatoes and keep it aside..
  3. Add oil in the kadhai and heat it for a minute and then put sliced onion in it and fry till it turns golden brown..
  4. Add garlic ginger chilli paste in the kadhai and fry again for 2 minutes..
  5. Add 2 chopped tomatoes in the kadhai..
  6. Add salt and turmeric powder according to your taste..
  7. Fry all these things together till it becomes a thick paste..
  8. Add garam masala in that paste..
  9. Mix and steer for 2 minutes.
  10. Then add 1 glass water. And mix it well.
  11. Add fried eggs and potatoes in that gravy and let it Cook for 5 minutes.
  12. Serve by garnishing it with chopped coriander leaves..
