- You need 1 tbsp of raisins.

Suji Halwa instructions
- Boil milk & water & keep aside..
- Heat ghee in a pan on low flame..
- Add suji & roast till it change the colour to light golden brown..
- Add hot milk and water mixture in it..
- Mix well, cover it with lid & let it simmer for 2/3 minutes..
- Add sugar and mix well till it leave the edge of the pan..
- Finally add chopped cashews and almonds, raisins and cardamon powder..
- Keep for sometime & serve hot..
