Masala dosa vada instructions
- For the batter of the vada: Mix everything for the batter properly in a mixing bowl by adding sufficient water..
- Soak for atleast 30 minutes..
- If required add more water..
- Keep the batter thick and not flowy..
- In another bowl take smashed boiled potatoes, onions, sambhar masala, salt and lemon juice..
- Make paste of coriander leaves, coconut, ginger and chilli in the mixture..
- Add the paste to the boiled potatoes.
- Mix everything properly and make round balls of the mixture..
- Add pinch baking powder to the batter just before frying..
- Dip the potato balls in the batter and deep fry them in oil at medium flame..
