- Add the yeast into the warm milk and sugar,keep aside for a while.
- Now mix salt and oil in the flour.
- Knead a soft dough with yeast mixed milk.

- Heat butter and add Fenugreek seeds and green chillies.
- Now add ginger and garlic saute well.
- Add onion chopped and saute well.
- Add cumin-coriander powder and red chilli Powder and mix well.
- Add pureed and cook till it is thick.
- Now add paneer and sugar mix well.
- Finally add butter and kasuri methi and switch off.
