Ingredients of Instant Rabri Jalebi
- You need 1/2 tbsp of Dry Yeast.
- Prepare As per taste of Sugar.
- It's as required of Water.
- You need 1 cup of all purpose flour (maida).
- It's few drops of Orange food colour.
- It's 1 of Lemon juice.
- You need 1 tbsp of corn flour.
- It's few of Saffron strings.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Cardamom Powder.
- Prepare 1 litre of full fat milk.
- It's as required of Pistachio.

- It's as required of Clarified butter (Ghee).
Instant Rabri Jalebi step by step
- In a bowl, add 1/2 Tbsp Dry Yeast, 1 Tbsp sugar, and 1 cup of warm water. Let it rise for 3-4 minutes..
- Add 1 cup all purpose flour, 1 Tbsp lemon juice, 1 Tbsp Orange food colour, 1 Tbsp corn flour to it and mix well. Make sure that there are no lumps and the batter is thick but of pouring consistency. Let it rest for 10 minutes..
- Prepare chashni by heating 1/2 cup water in a pan. Add 3/4 th cup sugar and a few strands of saffron to it. Let it boil till the mixture becomes a little thick..
- Prepare Rabri by heating 1-liter full-fat milk in a wok. Keep stirring and boiling it till it becomes thick & 3/4th of it's original quantity. Add cardamom powder, saffron strands, pistachios and almonds to it..
- Pour the jalebi Batter prepared in step 2 in piping bags, or prepare them using plastic bags. Seal them securely..
- Heat ghee in a thick and flat bottomed pan/kadahi. Add the jalebi Batter to it and make circles. Fry them and take them out before they turn brown..
- Add the jalebi to the chashni.
- Keep them in a plate and serve with rabri on top.
