Ingredients of Instant Rabri Jalebi

  1. You need 1/2 tbsp of Dry Yeast.
  2. Prepare As per taste of Sugar.
  3. It's as required of Water.
  4. You need 1 cup of all purpose flour (maida).
  5. It's few drops of Orange food colour.
  6. It's 1 of Lemon juice.
  7. You need 1 tbsp of corn flour.
  8. It's few of Saffron strings.
  9. Prepare 1 tsp of Cardamom Powder.
  10. Prepare 1 litre of full fat milk.
  11. It's as required of Pistachio.
  12. You need as required of Almonds.
  13. It's as required of Clarified butter (Ghee).

Instant Rabri Jalebi step by step

  1. In a bowl, add 1/2 Tbsp Dry Yeast, 1 Tbsp sugar, and 1 cup of warm water. Let it rise for 3-4 minutes..
  2. Add 1 cup all purpose flour, 1 Tbsp lemon juice, 1 Tbsp Orange food colour, 1 Tbsp corn flour to it and mix well. Make sure that there are no lumps and the batter is thick but of pouring consistency. Let it rest for 10 minutes..
  3. Prepare chashni by heating 1/2 cup water in a pan. Add 3/4 th cup sugar and a few strands of saffron to it. Let it boil till the mixture becomes a little thick..
  4. Prepare Rabri by heating 1-liter full-fat milk in a wok. Keep stirring and boiling it till it becomes thick & 3/4th of it's original quantity. Add cardamom powder, saffron strands, pistachios and almonds to it..
  5. Pour the jalebi Batter prepared in step 2 in piping bags, or prepare them using plastic bags. Seal them securely..
  6. Heat ghee in a thick and flat bottomed pan/kadahi. Add the jalebi Batter to it and make circles. Fry them and take them out before they turn brown..
  7. Add the jalebi to the chashni.
  8. Keep them in a plate and serve with rabri on top.
