- After 1 hr take the milk curdles it become cheese cottage... Mash it with palm add 1tbsp maida mash it well until it become smooth.... Knead it like a soft dough.
- Make small balls and press with your finger and flatten it.
- In a sauce pan add sugar and water, cardamon let it boil.
- Add the cottage balls into it one by one.. Cook it for 20 mins....
- On the other hand in a sauce pan add 2ltr milk.. Boil it, scrap the edges.
- When the milk reduces.. Add cardamon and sugar.. Stir it.
- When the milk become thick add dry fruits cook for few mins switch of the flame.
- Our rasmalai has cooked... Take out the rasmalai from sugar syurp, squeeze all the syurp and transfer it into thick milk.
