- Soak rawa in yogurt Add salt and pepper Add grated beetroot Mix well Add very little water if necessary otherwise avoid Just keep aside for 5 minutes.
- Keep the Idli steamer ready and grease the Idli plates.
- Prepare tempering - Heat up oil in a pan Add mustard seeds When it splutters. Add cashews and chopped curry leaves.
