Suji naan with achaari paneer and sirke wala pyaaz instructions

  1. Grind suji in a grinder. Now add all ingredientes in a bowl except water and mix them well. Now add water as required to make a dough. Knead it for atleast 5 mins and cover with a wet napkin and place it for 5 to 6 hours..
  2. After 6 hours make roties of this dough with kalonji seeds on the upper side of naan..
  3. Preheat a tandoor and bake naans and serve after applying butter on them..
  4. For achaari paneer. Dice paneer, onion and tomato..
  5. Grind methi dana, rai, saunf and kalonji in a mixer grinder..
  6. Heat oil in a pan, add onion and saute for 30 sec. Now add tomato and paneer and saute again for 30 sec. Now add grinded masala mixture, salt, red chilli, turmeric and mix well. Cook for 1 min and your achaari paneer is ready to serve..
  7. For sirke wala pyaaz. Mix diced onions, salt and vinegar in a glass bowl and keep it for 2 hours. Sirke wala pyaaz is ready to eat..
  8. Serve all three dishes in a plate to complete your yummy meal..
