Hydrabadi masala dosa step by step

  1. Wash urad daal and rice properly, soak urad daal, chana daal, methi seeds in one vessel, and rice in another vessel in sufficient water for over night or at least 7 to 8.
  2. After proper soaking strain them, grind rice, and urad daal,chana daal, in grinder, make a fine paste, add salt in it, cover this paste with lid, keep in warm place for 6 to 7hr.for fermatatuon fermentation..
