Hydrabadi masala dosa step by step
- Wash urad daal and rice properly, soak urad daal, chana daal, methi seeds in one vessel, and rice in another vessel in sufficient water for over night or at least 7 to 8.
- After proper soaking strain them, grind rice, and urad daal,chana daal, in grinder, make a fine paste, add salt in it, cover this paste with lid, keep in warm place for 6 to 7hr.for fermatatuon fermentation..
- For for making spiced powder we dry roast all these ingredients on hot tava,.
- After cooling these spicese, grind them all and make a fine powder, keep this powder aside.
