- It's of urad dal.
- Prepare of boiled patotes.

Masala Dosa step by step
- Soak Rice and dal overnight grind it separately and mix well and keep aside for fermentation 6/8 hours mix salt now batter is ready..
- Mash the potatoes Heat the oil in pan, add jeera, onions and other veggies of your choice.. Add potatoes and cook for five minutes.
- Now heat the oil in another pan.. Take 1 laddle of batter and spread it on pan.. Cook,now put masala and roll it.
- Enjoy with chutney and sambhar.
