- Heat Desi ghee in a kadhai. add moong dal and roast it till light brown colour.stir continuously.now add milk and mix well, when all milk is absorbed then add khoya and mix well. After that add sugar and stir well.stir mixture continuously till mixture dried.Switch off the flame.now grease the plate with ghee.Pour all the mixture in it.spread equally.now add chopped dry fruits over it.Let it be cool on room temperature.cut into square shapes and serve..
