  1. It's 1 bowl of soaked sabudana/sago (100 gm).
  2. Prepare 1 cup of roasted peanut powder (50 gm).
  3. It's 4 spoons of Oil.
  4. Prepare 4 of potatoes.
  5. You need 4 of green chillies.
  6. It's 1 of lemon.
  7. You need 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds.
  8. You need 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder.
  9. You need To taste of Salt (fasting Salt).
  10. Prepare Some of Coriander leaves.

Sabudana Khichdi for fasting instructions

  1. First wash sabudana then soak in little water for 6 to 7 hrs or whole night..
  2. Chop all potatoes,green chillies & coriander leaves and lemon..
  3. Heat the heavy bottom vessel add oil in it when oil is heated add cumin seeds and chopped green chillies saute for a minute..
  4. Add chopped potatoes mix well then cover the lid for 5 to 10 minutes in low flame..
  5. After 10 minutes when potatoes cooked completely add soaked sabudana and roasted peanut powder or crush peanuts then mix well..
  6. Add fasting salt and black pepper powder mix well stir continuously then spread 1 lemon juice mix together..
  7. Now add chopped coriander leaves mix well and serve hot..
