- You need of bowl rice.
- Prepare of bowl moong dal.
- It's of Potatoes.
- You need of onions.
- It's of green chilli.
- Prepare of Salt.

Crispy Masala Dosa step by step
- Take a bowl put rice add 2 glasses water and cover with a plate and leave it for 7 - 8 hours..
- Take 1 more bowl put dal add 2 glasses water and cover it with a plate and leave it for 7 - 8 hours..
- When the rice and dal is soft wash it and grind it..
- Leave the paste for 10 mins..
- On the Other side take a cooker put 2 glasses water and potato and cover this cooker with a lid and boil the potato..
- When the potato is boiled Take a bowl put potato pieces, chopped green chilli, coriander, chopped onion, salt and all masalas and mix well..
- Now the paste and masala is ready..
- After that take a pan put only 1 tsp oil and clean the pan with cotton cloth and water..
- Now the pan is ready to make dosa..
- Take paste and put into pan in thick layer.
- After 3 mins flip on the other side and let it cook..
- Now it is done take out into a plate and add potato masala and roll it..
- Now it's ready you can serve with green chilli sauce or alternately with sambhar and coconut chutney..
