- Boil for few minutes till the spinach start to Wilt..
- Immediately remove the spinach from pan and place under cold water and then chop finely or blend..
- Heat oil in a pan..
- Once the oil is hot,add cumin seeds and let them crackle..
- Add Garlic and saute for few seconds add onion and fry and add 1/2 tsp salt..
- Add tomatoes and mix well..
- Add curry powder,red chilli powder, cumin powder and mix well..
- Add chickpeas and cook for a minute..
- Add the spinach and cook for another 5 minutes..
- Add milk and let it simmer for 5 minutes..
