  1. You need 1.5 cups of whole wheat flour.
  2. It's 1/3 cup of finely grated carrot.
  3. You need 1/3 cup of finely chopped cabbage.
  4. You need 1 cup of finely chopped spinach leaves.
  5. You need 4-5 tablespoon of finely chopped parsley/coriander leaves.
  6. You need 1 teaspoon of carom seeds/ajwain.
  7. You need 1 tablespoon of salt.
  8. You need 1 tablespoon of red chilli powder.
  9. It's 1 of green chilli chopped finely(optional).
  10. You need 1/2 tablespoon of garam masala powder.
  11. You need 1 tablespoon of roasted cumin powder.

  13. Prepare as needed of Warm water.

Mixed Vegetable Paratha instructions

  1. Add the flour in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the salt, carom seeds and the dry spices in the flour and mix well.
  3. Now add the veggies and greens.
  4. Mix all the ingredients roughly.
  5. Start adding enough water to knead a soft dough.
  6. Once done, add the oil and knead for 1-2 minutes more.
  7. Tuck the dough into a ball and place it covered for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Heat a tawa/ girdle and divide the dough into medium sized balls.
  9. Using some flour, start rolling each and toast them well on the tawa by using some ghee in the process.
  10. Delicious mixed Vegetables Paratha are ready to be relished.
  11. Serve while warm accompanied by pickle, curd, etc.
