- Boil the potatoes and then Chop them.
- Soak the Sago for 3-4 hours,rinse and drain the water in a colander.
- Now take the sesame and roasted peanuts (pound the peanuts till they are coarse)..
- Now heat oil in a non stick pan and add cashew nuts,fry and remove.Then add Whole Jeera,Curry leaves,sesame seeds and chopped Green chilli and Red chillies and ginger paste to the oil..
- Now in the pan add the chopped potatoes,salt,lemon juice,Sugar and now add Coarsely pounded peanuts.Then cook for 2-4 minutes..
- Now add the Sago and on a medium flame cook nicely for 5 minutes.Alter as per taste.Now add Fresh Coriander..
