- It's 2 cup of Bhaat/steamed rice.
- You need 3 tbsp of water.
- Prepare 1/2 tbsp of ghee.
- Prepare 3 cup of milk powder.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of maida/ flour.

- You need 1/2 cup of sugar.
- You need 3 cup of water.
- It's 2 of cardamoms.
- You need 1/2 stick of cinnamon.

Bhaat Rasgulla (Steamed Rice Rasgulla) step by step
- Blend bhaat with 3 tbsp water..
- Heat a 1 tsp ghee in a pan, add blended rice paste & stir continuously till it gets a dough texture & then remove it from heat source..
- Take this mixture in a bowl, let it cool then add, milk powder, maida, 1 tbsp ghee in it & mix well..
- Make rasgullas out of this mixture. Now make the sugar syrup using ingredients mentioned in syrup section, it will have a one string consistency. Now add the rasgullas in the sugar syrup..
- Cover & Cook for 10 minutes. At five minutes interval, open the lid & stir then remove it from heat source..
- Cover the rasgullas for around 30 minutes. And your Bhaat rasgulla is ready to serve!.
