  3. Prepare 1/2 tbsp of ghee.
  4. Prepare 3 cup of milk powder.
  5. Prepare 2 tbsp of maida/ flour.

  7. You need 1/2 cup of sugar.

Bhaat Rasgulla (Steamed Rice Rasgulla) step by step

  1. Blend bhaat with 3 tbsp water..
  2. Heat a 1 tsp ghee in a pan, add blended rice paste & stir continuously till it gets a dough texture & then remove it from heat source..
  3. Take this mixture in a bowl, let it cool then add, milk powder, maida, 1 tbsp ghee in it & mix well..
  4. Make rasgullas out of this mixture. Now make the sugar syrup using ingredients mentioned in syrup section, it will have a one string consistency. Now add the rasgullas in the sugar syrup..
  5. Cover & Cook for 10 minutes. At five minutes interval, open the lid & stir then remove it from heat source..
  6. Cover the rasgullas for around 30 minutes. And your Bhaat rasgulla is ready to serve!.
