  5. Prepare 2 inches of ginger piece.
  6. It's 2-3 of Tomatoes, finely chopped.
  7. You need 1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric powder.
  8. You need 1/2 teaspoon of Red chilli powder.
  9. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of Garam masala powder.
  10. You need to taste of Salt,.
  11. You need as required of Cooking oil, for cooking.
  12. Prepare 1-2 of Lemon for garnishing.

Farm fresh Cabbage -Peas Korma instructions

  1. Wash properly and finely chop the cabbage..
  2. Chop onions,ginger,tomatoes and green chillies..
  3. Wash the green peas and add one tsp of sugar powder in it..
  4. Now Microwave the peas for five minutes by adding little water..
  5. Heat oil in pan. Once hot add mustard seeds and let it splutter.Add the chopped onion,ginger and sauté till the onion looks translucent.Add chopped tomatoes,green chillies and sauté well..
  6. Add in salt, turmeric, red chilli powder and coriander powder. Mix to combine,add chopped cabbage, make sure all the cabbage is coated with the spices..
  7. Next add the peas and mix. Cover and cook on medium heat till the cabbage is soft, around 5-6 minutes..
  8. Sprinkle garam masala on top and mix till well combined. Serve hot with Indian breads like roti or paratha by garnishing accordingly your taste..
