- You need 3 cups of Farm fresh Cabbage, finely chopped.
- You need 1/2 cup of Green peas (Matar).
- It's 1 teaspoon of Mustard seeds.
- Prepare 3-4 of onions.
- Prepare 2 inches of ginger piece.
- It's 2-3 of Tomatoes, finely chopped.
- You need 1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric powder.
- You need 1/2 teaspoon of Red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of Garam masala powder.

- You need as required of Cooking oil, for cooking.

- Wash properly and finely chop the cabbage..
- Chop onions,ginger,tomatoes and green chillies..
- Wash the green peas and add one tsp of sugar powder in it..
- Now Microwave the peas for five minutes by adding little water..
- Heat oil in pan. Once hot add mustard seeds and let it splutter.Add the chopped onion,ginger and sauté till the onion looks translucent.Add chopped tomatoes,green chillies and sauté well..
- Add in salt, turmeric, red chilli powder and coriander powder. Mix to combine,add chopped cabbage, make sure all the cabbage is coated with the spices..
- Next add the peas and mix. Cover and cook on medium heat till the cabbage is soft, around 5-6 minutes..
- Sprinkle garam masala on top and mix till well combined. Serve hot with Indian breads like roti or paratha by garnishing accordingly your taste..
