Ingredients of #Parval,Coconut & Dry fruits MODAK
- It's 250 gm of Parval.
- It's 100 gm of coconut powder.
- It's 2 tbsp of or to taste sugar.
- You need 2 tbsp of desi ghee.
- It's 2 tbsp of cashew & almond.
- Prepare 4 of chooti illiachi powder.
- It's 10 of saffron strings.
- You need of Water.

- Cut parval into two parts..
- Remove all seeds..
- Add 1/2 glass of water in cooker & boil upto two whistle..
- Take off the flame..
- Strain water and take boiled parval aside for cooling..
- Grind boiled parval in mixer & make smooth paste..
- Cut small pieces of dryfruits..
- Roast coconut powder in microwave for 30 seconds or one minute on low flame in wok..
- Heat ghee in wok..
- Add parval paste on medium flame..
- Stir continuously for 4-5 minutes..
- Add sugar on low flame, stir 1 minute & mix well..
- Add coconut powder illiachi powder, stir continuously for 1-2 minutes. Dough is ready for MODAK..
- Keep the dough aside for cooling..
- Divide the dough in eqal parts.Make a small ball from parval, coconut powder dough..
- Flatten each ball in palm and place some dryfruits stuffing in the centre, seal it properly..
- Fill in modak mould..
- Demould the MODAK in serving plate.
- Garnish with dry fruits & saffron..
- Healthy MODAKS are ready for LORD GANPTI.
