Ingredients of Coconut Chutney
- You need 1 cup of coconut.
- You need 1/2 inch of grated ginger.
- You need 2 tbsp of roasted chana.
- Prepare Bunch of coriander leaves.
- You need 1 of green chilli.
- Prepare of As per taste salt.
- Prepare As needed of water for grinding.
- Prepare of Tempering:.
- Prepare 1 tsp of oil.
- It's 1 tsp of mustard seeds.
- You need 1 of dry red chilli.
- You need 4-5 of Curry leaves (i didn't had it but do use it).
Coconut Chutney step by step
- In a mixer jar add coconut, grated ginger.
- Coriander leaves, green chilli, chana, salt and water.
- Grind it into paste and transfer in bowl.. For tempering heat oil add mustard seeds let it splutter then add dry red chilli and transfer above the chutney and serve.
