Ingredients of Hyderabadi Ande ka Korma
- You need 6 of eggs.
- It's 1/4 cup of dry Coconut.
- It's 1/2 cup of peeled Peanuts.
- You need 1/4 cup of charoli.
- You need 1 tbsp of Poppy Seeds (khus khus).
- It's 2 of Onions chopped.
- It's 1 of Cinnamon stick.
- You need 5-7 of black Pepper corns.
- It's 2 of Bay Leaves.
- You need 1 of black Cardamom.
- It's 1 tsp of Ginger paste.
- It's 1 tsp of Garlic paste.
- It's 3/4 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- It's 2 and 1/2 tsp of Red Chilli powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of garam Masala powder.
- It's 2 tbsp of whisked Curd.
- You need 3 of whole green Chilli cut in half.
- It's 1 handful of chopped corriender leaves.
- You need 1 tbsp of chopped Mint leaves.
- You need 1 and 1/2 tbsp of fried brown Onion.
- It's as per taste of Salt.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of vegetable Oil.
Hyderabadi Ande ka Korma instructions
- Take 1 tbsp oil in same pan add chopped onion and roast till light brown in colour..
- Now take all roasted ingredients and roast fry onion in a mixer jar and make fine smooth paste of it and keep aside it for next step..
- For cooking, Heat oil in a pan add bay leaves,black cardamom and pepper and cinnamon stick and roast for 10 seconds.
- Now add ginger and garlic paste and roast till raw smell gone..
- Now add turmeric powder and grind masala and salt it and roast it.
- Add salt and whisked curd and mix well and close it and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Stir between to prevent burning.
- When oil separate from masala add red chilli powder and stir it.
- Add 2 cups water and cook.
- Chopped mint and Coriander leaves,garam masala powder and whole green chilli and add boiled egg and close lid and simmer it for 10 minutes in low flame.
- When oil looks on surface than close the gas and add crushed fried brown onion and mix (reserve some for sprinkle over the top).
- Now Hyderabadi Ande ka Korma is ready to serve..
- Serve hot with chappati and at time to serve sprinkle some fried brown onion and some chopped coriander over the top for more taste..
