  1. Soak rice and dal for overnight..
  2. Drain the water and add in a grinder and make a batter..
  3. Take rest for batter for 7-8 hours..
  4. Heat oil in a wok add green chilli and saute it,now add onion and saute till golden in colour add tomato and cook for 2-3 minutes..
  5. Add all ingredients in a mixer and make a paste for chutney..
  6. Grease oil on tava pour dosa batter and make a dosa,shallow fry till golden in colour,fill potato mixture and wrape..
  7. Serve with chutney and sambar..
