- You need of curd.
- Prepare of Salt.

- You need of boiled potatoes.
- You need of Boiled peas.
- It's of grated carrots.
- Prepare of chopped onion.
- Prepare of ginger chopped.
- You need of tomatoes chopped.
- It's of green chillies finely chopped.
- Prepare of red chilli powder.
- Prepare of turmeric powder.
- Prepare of Mustard seeds.
- Prepare of Salt.
- You need of Sambhar Masala.
- Prepare of Oil.
- Prepare of Coriander leaves finely chopped.
Rice Masala dosa instructions
- Wash rice rava Add curd & salt and mix well..
- Keep rest for 7-8 hours for fermentation. Batter should be thin like normal dosa batter..
- Heat oil in a Kadhai. Add mustard seeds. Once crackled add onions & ginger. Saute until translucent. Add tomatoes, green chillies. Cook it until tomatoes get tender. Add potatoes (cut in small pieces) boiled peas, carrots & coriander Leaves. Add sambhar Masala, red chilli powder, salt & turmeric powder. Mix all properly. Saute all for 1-2 minutes..
- Switch off gas. Dosa Masala filling is ready..
- Now grease nonstick Tawa with oil. Pour 2-3 ladle full of batter on it. Spread evenly. Drizzle some oil on edges..
- Place Masala on dosa. Turn it's sides..
- Fold it. & cook until light brown & crispy..
- Serve with sambhar..
