  8. It's of grated carrots.
  9. Prepare of chopped onion.
  10. Prepare of ginger chopped.
  11. You need of tomatoes chopped.
  12. It's of green chillies finely chopped.
  13. Prepare of red chilli powder.
  14. Prepare of turmeric powder.
  15. Prepare of Mustard seeds.
  16. Prepare of Salt.
  17. You need of Sambhar Masala.
  18. Prepare of Oil.
  19. Prepare of Coriander leaves finely chopped.

Rice Masala dosa instructions

  1. Wash rice rava Add curd & salt and mix well..
  2. Keep rest for 7-8 hours for fermentation. Batter should be thin like normal dosa batter..
  3. Heat oil in a Kadhai. Add mustard seeds. Once crackled add onions & ginger. Saute until translucent. Add tomatoes, green chillies. Cook it until tomatoes get tender. Add potatoes (cut in small pieces) boiled peas, carrots & coriander Leaves. Add sambhar Masala, red chilli powder, salt & turmeric powder. Mix all properly. Saute all for 1-2 minutes..
  4. Switch off gas. Dosa Masala filling is ready..
  5. Now grease nonstick Tawa with oil. Pour 2-3 ladle full of batter on it. Spread evenly. Drizzle some oil on edges..
  6. Place Masala on dosa. Turn it's sides..
  7. Fold it. & cook until light brown & crispy..
  8. Serve with sambhar..
