  9. Allow it to cool before opening the lid..
  10. Place the cooker back on heat and cook on high flame for around 2-3 minutes to dry up any excess water..
  11. Now switch off the flame and add the curd in it..
  12. Put it back on heat and cook for few minutes that curd get cooked..
  13. Now add fried onion paste in it and cook for around 10 minutes till oil separates..
  14. Add mace and nutmeg powder, mix it and simmer for 2 minutes..
  15. Lastly add kewra water, mix it and cook for few seconds..
  16. Our mutton korma is ready. Serve it roti or rice..
