  1. Boil spinach until it wilts.. Cool and keep aside.
  2. Add mint, coriander leaves,kaju,boiled spinach, green chilles in mixer grinder and make smooth paste of this.
  3. Heat oil in a wok add cloves, cardmom, bay leaf and cinnamon fry for a second,next add chopped onion fry till translucent.add ginger garlic paste fry till raw smell disappears.
  4. Next add chopped tomatoes fry till oil seprates.
  5. Next add chicken, salt, turmeric fry well for 5 minutes.
  6. Add grinded paste to chicken, cover and cook till chicken is tender. Keep stirring in between.
  7. Open lid add fresh cream and garam masala powder mix well and switch off the flame.
  8. Hariyali murgh is ready to serve.
  9. Garnish with fried onions and cashew nuts.
