- For Tomato Chokha, Take a kadhai add 1 spoon oil then put all the Tomatoes to Roasted fry for 10 to 15 min.after frying all tomatoes take a Container add Chopped Ginger, Garlic, Onion, Chilli, Lemon juice, Salt, Mustard oil, and all tomatoes peel off than mash it and make a smooth paste.your tomato Chokha is Ready..
- Now take a Thali add Sattu,Salt, lemon juice, Ajwain, Mustard oil, Chopped Ginger, Garlic, Green chillies, Green fresh Coriander, Chopped Onion mix all the ingredients together and make a Masala filling for Bati. for Making Dough take take Wheat flour,oil,salt, Ajwain,mix well then knead a soft dough with the help of water.After 5 min take a piece of dough make a thin round shape fill the Masala into it.then cover it..
