Beet upma instructions
- First heat oil in pan add cumin and mustard seed and aesofetidea and let it crackle...add green chillies and curry leaves..
- Now add chopped onion let it saute...then add chopped capsicum, beet and tomato and cook till all veggies soften and add crushed ginger.
- Now add suji and dry roast will all fried veggies add 1 tsp salt and add water accordingly....
- Cook till suji absorbs water and becomes thick..now add tdpn sugar and ghee and mix.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves...serve hot.
