Meethi Gur ki ROTI step by step
- Make a chashni of gur and water.
- Strain it properly.
- Let it cool..
- Melt the ghee..
- Now in a big vessel,, Add atta, half of the ghee,,milk powder,, fennel seeds,, sesame seeds and chashni together and Add milk or water accordingly to make a soft dough..
- Make equal sized balls..
- Now roll them one by one to make small chapaties..
- Heat A griddle..put the chapaties on the tawa.. shallow fry them from both sides by adding desi ghee till golden brown.
- Meethi rotis R ready to serve..
- Serve with (mango pickle).
