Ingredients of Coconut Burfi
- You need 2 of coconut fresh.
- Prepare 100 gm of decicated coconut.
- It's 250 gms of sugar, elachi powder.
- It's 5-6 tablespoon of Ghee.
- You need as needed of Dry fruits (cashews,pista,badams, kishmish).

- Firstly grate coconut and peelout the brown cover and put in a mixer with Milk and sugar and elachi powder and blend.
- Thn in a Kadai put Ghee and put the coconut mixture and slowly stir the coconut mixture until it becomes soft and thn put all dry fruits excluding pista,fr few mins,thn put little decicated coconut overit.
- In a tin grease put Ghee on all sides,thn put coconut mxture and on the top put remaining decicated coconut and pieces of pista fr granish and set and fridge fr 10 to 15.
