I used almond milk, chia seeds, lemon juice, frozen strawberries, and low carb sweeteners.
One of the sweeteners also provides vanilla flavor so if I thought this low carb strawberry chia pudding with almond milk made a nice breakfast at work.
And, the chia seeds are very filling so I wasn't hungry.

- Prepare 1/2 Pint of Milk.
- It's 1 of good sprinkle of Chia Seeds.
Pour in the almond milk, vanilla extract, chia seeds, and strawberries, and mix until well combined. Spoon the pudding into desired serving dish and top with sliced bananas and diced strawberries. Strawberry Milkshake - This is the first time I am making this milkshake at home. I made the milkshake without icecream ,but its purely your preference.
