Ingredients of Corn Chaat
- You need 1 of Tomato, finely chopped.
- It's 1/2 of finely diced cucumber.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Coriander Leaves, finely chopped.
- Prepare 1-2 of Green Chillies, chopped.
- It's to taste of Lime juice.
- You need 2-3 tbsp of Sev/Bhujia.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- It's 1/4 tsp of Red Chilli Powder.
- You need ¼ tsp of Roasted Jeera/Cumin Powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Chaat Masala.
- You need 1 packet of corn.
Corn Chaat instructions
- If you are using a fresh or frozen corn, you can either boil them in enough water for 5-7 mins Take mixing bowl and add sweet corn, tomato, cucumber. Mix them well.
- Then add red chilli powder,cumin powder,Chaat masala,green chilli and coriander salt to taste to freshly squeezed lime juice. Mix them well then top it with bhujiya sev and your quick and tasty corn Chaat is ready.
