  5. Prepare 1/2 kg of potatoes.
  6. You need 1/2 cup of green wet peas.
  7. It's 1 tsp of cummin seeds.
  8. You need 2 of big onions.
  9. You need 1 tsp of salt or as per your taste.
  10. You need 1/4 tsp of tarmaric powder.
  11. It's 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
  12. You need leaves of Some coriander.
  13. It's 2 of green chill.
  14. It's of Oil as required.
  15. Prepare of Iron tawa(for crispy).
  16. You need of Green chatni.
  17. It's of White coconut chatni.
  18. It's 1/2 cup of poha.

In South India, preparation of masala dosa. The regular masala dosa is the dosa served with potato masala with a side of sambar and coconut chutney. Dosa masala instructions

  1. First of all mix rice,urad Dal, fenugreek seeds chana Dal wash it 2,3times and soak overnight.
  2. Now in morning grind it like a smooth better then take 1/2 cup poha wash it and soak 10 minutes then also grind like a better mix both like a smooth better and keep a side for 1/2 hour.
  3. Now prepare masala take a kadai add 1big serving spoon oil add cummin seeds after 1min add onions chopped after 2min add green peas which is half boil before.
  4. Add all masalas like tarmaric powder salt red chilli powder green chili chopped mix it and add potatoes mix it up then add 1/2cup water and chopped coriander mix it well.
  5. Now our masala is ready heat tawa put some drops of oil then some water then whip tawa with cotton cloth put 1serving spoon better on tawa spread in circle put some drops Oil on it Cook it when Dosa will leave the pan put masala on it.
  6. Fold without masala portion of Dosa our Dosa is ready to serve.
