Dosa masala instructions
- First of all mix rice,urad Dal, fenugreek seeds chana Dal wash it 2,3times and soak overnight.

- Now our masala is ready heat tawa put some drops of oil then some water then whip tawa with cotton cloth put 1serving spoon better on tawa spread in circle put some drops Oil on it Cook it when Dosa will leave the pan put masala on it.
- Fold without masala portion of Dosa our Dosa is ready to serve.
