  1. It's 500 ml of milk.
  2. You need 1/2 cup of chickpea soaked.

  5. Prepare 2 tbsp of roasted crushed peanuts.
  6. Prepare 1/4 cup of roasted cashew powder.
  7. Prepare 1 tsp of vanilla essence.

  1. Take soaked chickpea in pressure cooker add milk and boil it 5 to 6 whistle or till chickpea nicely cooked.
  2. Other side boil remaning milk till it's it's original quantity.
  3. When chickpea cook let it too cool, when cool transfer in grinder jar and make fine smooth paste.
  4. Melt ghee in a pan add chickpea paste and roast till fine and pleasant smell, when done keep aside.
  5. Now melt the sugar till caramelized, when done add peanut butter and cooked milk and mix well.
  6. Now add roasted chickpea mixture and mix well.
  7. Add vanilla essence, cardamom powder and cinnamon powder and mix well and switch of gas and left to slightly cool.
  8. Now add roasted and coarsely crushed peanuts and cashew powder and mix well.
  9. When it's slightly cool take a small batch of mixture in a modak mold and make modak.
  10. Make all modaks like this and ready to bhog to Ganpati bappa and serve and enjoy.
