Ingredients of Apple Mawa Burfi
- It's of Apples.
- Prepare of leftover mawa.
- It's of +2tbsp sugar or as per sweetness.
- Prepare of ghee.
- Prepare of suji/ semolina.
- Prepare of coconut powder.
- Prepare of /2 cup milk.
- It's of cardamom powder.
- Prepare of kesar strings(soaked in milk).
- You need of Some almonds and pista flakes..And some chirongi.(Buchanania).
Apple Mawa Burfi instructions
- First peel and grate the apples...Heat a pan....Add grated apples and stir for a min or till moisture evaporates..
- Add 2tbsp of sugar and cook for a min...or till sugar melts..
- In another pan heat 1/2 cup of ghee...Add suji...And roast till golden in colour..
- Now add milk in suji mixture pan...Stir continue....Add apples..Mix and stir....Add mawa...Mix till well combined...add coconut powder, almond+pista flakes, cardamom powder...And kesar mixed milk...Mix well..And cook for few mins..On low to medium flame...Cook till ghee leaves sides of the pan....
- Now pour this mixture into a greased plate or tray...Pat nicely....
- Spread some pista flakes.,. chirongi...And kesar...all Over the plate and pat it lightly..
- Let it set completely and after that cut it into desire pieces..
