- It's 1 of big onion.
- Prepare 1 of big tomato.
- It's 2 tbsp of ginger garlic green chilli paste.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of yoghurt.
- It's 6-8 of cashews.
- Prepare 1 of fews pieces of fresh coconut.
- You need 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- You need 1 tsp of cumin powder.
- You need 1 tsp of coriander powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of turmeric.
- You need to taste of salt.
- You need 2 each of cloves,cardamoms,cinnamons.

- Heat oil add clove, cardamoms, cinnamons, peppercorns once they puff up add ginger, garlic,green chilli paste.
- Saute for a minute add red chilli,coriander, cumin,turmeric and salt saute 30 seconds.
- Now add masala paste cook on medium flame till masala becomes dry and oil comes out.
- Add boiled eggs mix well simmer 2 minutes then add water as required boil.
