  6. Heat a nonstick dosa over medium flame. you can check tawa is sufficiently hot. sprinkle few drops of water. if water drop evaporate means tawa is hot..
  7. Add all vegetables & masala which we have gathered in a bowl. add it in plain dosa. & your rava masala dosa is ready. ofcourse this is jain..
