Rava Masala Dosa instructions
- In a mixing bowl, take semolina and rice flour.
- To it add 1 tsp curd.
- Add 2 cups of water and mix well. Make sure there are no lumps..
- In the batter add chopped chilli, cumin, black, coriander and chopped onion..
- Add 2 cups of water. Mix well. The batter should be in consistency of buttermilk. Keep the batter for 15-20 minutes so that rava absorbs water..
- In a meantime, heat a kadhai add oil, cumin, Mustard seeds. To that add Urad dal and chana Dal and stir on low flame for 1 minute..
