  1. In a mixing bowl, take semolina and rice flour.
  2. To it add 1 tsp curd.
  3. Add 2 cups of water and mix well. Make sure there are no lumps..

  5. Add 2 cups of water. Mix well. The batter should be in consistency of buttermilk. Keep the batter for 15-20 minutes so that rava absorbs water..
  6. In a meantime, heat a kadhai add oil, cumin, Mustard seeds. To that add Urad dal and chana Dal and stir on low flame for 1 minute..
  7. Add sliced onion and mix for 2 minutes till onion becomes light brown. Once onion become soft add turmeric powder, chilli powder and dry mango powder. Mix well on low flame for 1 minute.
  8. Add boiled potatoes and salt as per taste. Mix well on low flame for 2 minutes.
  9. Add Garam Masala and Coriander leaves.
